Massimo was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. He recently graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Industrial Design. During his studies, Massimo honed his skills in using CAD software, rapid prototyping, and rendering. His passion for design is driven by the interaction between humans and everyday items and he credits his background in design to his parents, an artist and a woodworker.

Massimo has also lived in South East Asia for over three years, where he witnessed the impact of plastic pollution on the environment. This experience inspired him to use parametric design to re-evaluate how everyday items are perceived and address the environmental impact of standard products.
